REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: 4 Feb 2025

This Returns Policy applies to all purchases made from TurboWhip Pty Ltd (ACN 691 399 229) trading as Whip It Good Brisbane ("we", "us", "our") operating the Whip It Good Brisbane delivery service.

1. Our Commitment

​

We are committed to delivering high-quality products and a reliable service. If something goes wrong with your order, we will do our best to make it right promptly and fairly.

​

2. Delivery Delays

​

If your order has not arrived within 1.5 hours of being placed and your driver is not already en route to your address, you are entitled to:

  • A 100% full refund of your order, or

  • Additional product credit to compensate for the inconvenience

​

Please contact us immediately via phone or SMS on 0422 150 370 so we can investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

3. Returns & Refunds

​

We accept returns of unopened and unused goods. If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

​

We will arrange one of the following at our discretion:

  • A full refund to your original payment method

  • A replacement of the faulty or incorrect item

  • Store credit

For approved returns, we may arrange a driver to collect the goods from your address. Collection is free of charge in most cases, however fees may apply depending on location and circumstances.

4. Eligible Reasons for Return

​

Returns are accepted for the following reasons:

  • Faulty or defective items

  • Incorrect items delivered

  • Items damaged in transit

  • Order not matching what was confirmed at checkout

We do not accept returns for change of mind on opened or used products.

5. Non-Returnable Items

​

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used cream chargers or N2O canisters

  • Items not in their original condition or packaging

  • Items returned more than 24 hours after delivery without prior approval

6. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us:

Please provide your order details, the reason for the return, and any supporting photos where applicable.

7. Refund Processing

​

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days depending on your payment method and financial institution.
