SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with TurboWhip Pty Ltd (ACN 691 399 229) trading as Whip It Good Brisbane ("we", "us", "our") operating the Whip It Good Brisbane delivery service.
1. Delivery Area
We currently deliver to Brisbane and surrounding suburbs including North Brisbane, South Brisbane, Central Brisbane, East Brisbane, West Brisbane, Logan, and select Ipswich and Moreton Bay areas.
To confirm whether we deliver to your address, please check our Delivery Areas page on our website or contact us directly before placing your order.
We reserve the right to update or change our delivery zones at any time without notice.
2. Delivery Hours
Whip It Good Brisbane operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year — including public holidays. There is no cut-off time for orders.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Our average delivery time is 20 minutes from order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on:

All delivery timeframes displayed on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. During peak periods, delivery times may be longer than usual.
If your order has not arrived within 1.5 hours of being placed and your driver is not already en route, you are entitled to a full refund or additional product credit. Please refer to our Returns Policy for further details.
4. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order value. The delivery fee will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.
From time to time we may offer free delivery promotions. Any such promotions will be displayed on our website and are subject to the terms of the relevant promotion.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched and your driver is heading to your address, you will receive a live tracking link via SMS or email. This allows you to monitor your delivery in real time.
Please note the tracking link is sent when the driver departs for your address. Allow a few minutes for the link to arrive if the driver is completing other nearby orders first.
6. Receiving Your Delivery
You or an authorised representative must be available at the nominated delivery address to accept your order. Please ensure your contact number is correct so our driver can reach you if needed.
We reserve the right to request valid photo ID at the time of delivery to verify that the recipient is 18 years of age or older. Refusal to provide valid ID will result in the delivery being cancelled without a refund.
If you are not available to accept delivery, our driver may attempt to contact you. If we are unable to reach you, the order may be cancelled and a refund may not be provided for perishable or time-sensitive goods.
7. Unattended Delivery
In some circumstances and at our discretion, we may leave your order at your premises if you are not available to receive it. By placing an order, you acknowledge that if goods are left unattended at your request or at our discretion, risk passes to you upon leaving the goods at your premises. We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to goods left unattended at your delivery address.
8. Failed or Incorrect Deliveries
If your delivery fails due to an incorrect address being provided, you not being available, or refusal to provide ID, the order may be forfeited. In such cases, a refund may not be issued.

9. Risk & Title
Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to your nominated delivery address. Title to the products remains with us until full payment has been received and confirmed.
10. Circumstances Beyond Our Control
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, traffic incidents, road closures, or other force majeure events.
In such circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible and work to reschedule or refund your order.
